Revol was established in 1991 in Kawaguchi Saitama, as a manufacturer of pharmaceutical products for beauty salons, and has been providing management support for beauty salon owners for nearly 30 years.

We have expanded our business domain and now develop, manufacture, and sell cosmetic products including chemicals, beauty equipment, and wigs for salon owners. We also offer human resources development support while running 11 beauty and esthetic salons that serve as model salons for salon owners, so that we can provide them with real-life success stories.

Customers and hairdressers have been drifting away from perms, but we have remarkably created an environment in which the percentage of perms exceeds 50% in our directly-managed salons. We provide salons with chemicals (hair products) and the know-hows of stable, profitable management.

With the introduction of the Curlformers, which are fun and easy to use, we intend to increase opportunities for both customers and hairdressers to come into contact with perming.

In addition, after Hirai, who has a background in the human resources industry, became the representative in 2018, we have been working on various challenges to reform the quality of work in the beauty industry, We are specially working hard to improve the working environment of beauticians, so that they can work longer and be happier. We have taken on various challenges for this reformation. We will continue to create a system that assists salon owners from every angle, so that hairdressing can become a lifelong job.
